That’s not too bad an offer, but may be on the low end if you’re looking to buy a signed card featuring a more iconic Pokemon.
An example being with Goldin auctions a few months back. A non holo TV Reporter signed went for 3k, where as a Base Set Mewtwo sold for 5.4k. A Alakzam also went for 5.6k earlier this year.

Well with what you’re looking for, there really is no telling of when we will see this sort of thing pop up again.
It’s always a “be at the right place, at the right time, with the right amount of money” 
The Mewtwo and Alakazam were the first base set holos I’ve seen signed in several years.

No IG for the cards, but happy to share more pictures if helpful. Hard to gauge a price on the Charizard, but I think I’d sell it for $9k or so? If I can’t find a buyer for around that, I’ll probably auction it.
