You may want to state whether you’re looking for English or Japanese (or perhaps even German/French/Italian 
).
Based on the prices, I’m 99% sure it’s English only, but it isn’t mentioned anywhere.

Reach out to Kantoshark if you haven’t already. They sold a Rayquaza almost 3 weeks ago for $80k & they got Espeon right now for $26k.
