I’m looking for the Dark Dragonite reverse holo from Legendary Collection in PSA 9.
I would prefer the cert# to be in the ranges of 20xxxxxx to 29xxxxxx & 40xxxxxx to 45xxxxxx (for personal collection)

Essentially I haven’t seen them in all my time getting cards graded and buying graded cards. Just a personal preference, but I prefer my certs to be sort of “close” in numeric value to the ones I already have which mainly span from beginning with 2xxxx to early 44xxx cert numbers. If I got a 3xxxx cert, it would just be a random outlier and though most wouldn’t notice…I would, and for some reason that would bother me. lol
As per the card, as long as it is has a solid front for showcasing and not terribly worn around the edges, basically a solid PSA 9 would be great!
44xxx may be horribly over-graded though so best to wait for 55xxx
On that note ill wait till it’s 10xx so I have a 10 label and 10 grade.

This is just to coincide with the graded cards I already have, as they are for my personal collection and not for re-selling.

When you are requesting any range of cert #s you are already being super strict.
Ah ok then, my bad.
I just figure I’d be upfront about it because I’d hate to have an offer for a deal then realize its like a 1 or 3 cert and not be interested in it. I’ve been looking for a while but the listings I’ve seen haven’t been quite what I want.
