You put an @ symbol in front of there name to tag them in a post or you can quote them, hope that helps!

Thereā€™s actually a button to tag people you should see when youā€™re replying to a thread. Thereā€™s a @ symbol and if you hover over it it says insert usert link. Itā€™s the easiest method tbh, as a lot of users donā€™t have the same user id/name.
