Glad to know you can speak for all billionaires, and Dyl. Speaking in absolutes and telling people what they think when they tell you something contrary tells me all I need to know about what you actually know. But by all means, carry on.
I’m downgrading from 10s and 9’s to 8/7/nm raws
It is absolutely 100% the time to sell yet I still can’t do it
bro, read the quote highlighted from you. it’s like you’re reading from a pamphlet or just read your first ayn rand novel. if anyone is “sitting a director’s chair”, it’s you. and, yes, i will carry on to play diablo.
I’m like 90% sure this can hit a PSA 10, the L and R centering is the only thing that’s giving me doubts. But this card is 4 to 6 grand in a 10 now. I think I’m gonna go for it.
If it hits the 10 sell it and buy cheaper raw copy so my base Pokekyun binder set will still be complete
Why though, you don´t think Pokémon can get any bigger? People here often give their opinion like it´s a fact. I think it´s much more grey.
Okay, but this is a hobby and money is usually sunk into hobbies. like sure, cards go up but you made the choice x time ago to purchase these cards for hobby use / entertainment. The moment you spent that, should mean that you were content with the purchase. The attached dollar sign to your card shouldn’t change how you view your collection as it is a hobby.
The goal isn’t finding the peak because that’s impossible to do
Yeah, I agree with that. But, I think for a lot of cards the peak may be far away.
I have been debating it. I’m at the point where cards I bought in 2017 for ~100-200 are going 3-4k each and I don’t really have an expensive trophy card but all the little ones added up over six figures. If I asked myself would I spent that much today it would be a definite no, but also they’re cards I bought because I like and I don’t need the money at this point in my life.
If I could sell them for a milestone like paying off mortgage but those are even more expensive in VHCOL
would take another 10x from here.
