Would this possibly get a PSA stain qualifier?

Recently opened some base 2 theme decks, and the holos seem to have been left with a sticky residue from the plastic wrapping. It seems to be different from your typical shadowless base holos but I’ve never personally own any. Cards are probably psa 9 condition but would these be eligible for the psa stain qualifier?

It’s a huge long shot that they’ll give that an “ST”. Longshots do come in at times though;)

0/5 for shadowless stained cards from theme decks (otherwise mint), all got 6’s.

Because PSA doesn’t really wanna hand out qualifiers for non-Sports.
