Yes, all you gotta do is have a couple contracts with some PokeiNvEsToRs that at a later date, they have to buy these products for $260. Boom, you have a short contract.

Hmm. With these pictures I always find them hard to use as a printing indicator. Since pokemon is operating on such a high scale that one guy with 50 boxes is less than a drop in the ocean.
This means nothing.
I am following the Mercari and Yahoo Japan listings closely and the supply is definitely there but it doesn’t look like it’s getting flooded and everything below 32000 Yen gets bought up instantly if it’s from a trusted seller.

Where did you find these confirmed sales? I just checked ebay and all I could find is one sale for 230€. All other sales are still 260€+.

There were two sales yesterday for 220$ (roughly 200€). I just realized I paid way too much for them

Your on the ebay.de site. Comps aren’t really showing up outside when they’re outside Europe. You need to go on ebay.com to see everything.

I was afraid that could be the case. That is really stupid. I even set it to listings worldwide and set a shipping address within the US to check.

You are right but this is case similar to the nagaba eeveelutions where multiple sellers in multiple sites were selling huge lots of it, on ebay alone there are sellers with 100+ sales of this item, just on one single site.
And the eevelotions sold out instantly and just rose in price to this day.
They reached a peak and now are starting to cooldown as well, just too much supply.
