These are basically beta testing results so I would not assume that all machines and technicians will get results like these for the rest of time
Extrapolating anything from this small test is extraordinarily short sighted, especially given how clear other results look
With scans like those, how long until folks start offering their services as a professional Pokemon Radiologist? Send them your scans and theyāll sift through them for you. 
Try the software out and read the instruction manual it came with and mess with the scans yourself, thereās a few settings on the right that help with viewing. Also looks like your scan is coming in at an angle instead of direct top down, try shifting the angle some degrees when scrolling. Its what helped me with the topps chrome packs. The team rocket i will say I couldnāt see anything if it was a nonholo, looks similar to your pics of just blobs/blank canvas. Also reach out to them by email for help too, since they have more expertise than any of us with viewing.

should be a setting in the top help bar that allows you to shift your angle. Drag it so the plane is even with the card surface. im at work so its hard for me to describe without being in front of my pc. will try when i get home
are you on discord or want to take a crack at looking it via the raw file? For whatever reason i donāt know how to bend the flat surface such that is a curve to scan through layers :(.

Yeesh. Thatās rough. Iām going to guess (with extremely low confidence) that pack #1 is either Hitmonchan or Mewtwo. Donāt even have a guess on the others lol

We have scanned many packs at this point and have found tons of amazing hits including cards identified from your own project. We do not have a complete library of which cards or card types are able to be detected, the only representations we have are based upon our website. We make this very clear in our quotes that we will perform the best service possible but cannot guarantee a hit is present or the characterization of the hit.
Based upon the images you showed we would recommend adjusting contrast to bring a better viewing sensitivity to the fine details. We have very bright screens and so what we preset may not be tuned for your hardware. Additionally, we are finding that sometimes we can see silhouettes of characters from just ink concentrations.
We have been able to effectively image Charizard, Venusaur, and several other primary cards from other packs.
So, Iāve spent quite a bit of time trying to figure this outā¦I think I have some possible candidates for the Skyridge pics specifically.
I also downloaded these images and rotated them as well, as I wasnāt sure of the orientation.
Another disclaimer here is, the first image seems convoluted, while the second image looks zoomed in. I have no idea how large or āzoomed inā these scans are, or whether theyāve been de-convoluted, but assuming they show the full card image:
