The Espeon appearing as the clouds go over the moon is top notch.

There are a few people who’ve made them over the years, but the one about whom you inquire is some Australian dude called Shizzle. Fershizzle.

Also a tip, if you look up a keyword, like in this case, “banner”, in the search bar, you will often find the answer you seek =)

Like in this case it is the first answer.

Also pfm this is one of those things I’d love to bring back, when you look up members, 'member how we’d have the additional specs, like join date, last online, posts, and group? It’s a nice thing for people to be able to look up members at at one click see the staff, the graphic designer, etc, really helpful for newer members too (not saying OP is new, just in general).
