Who can Buy/Sell here?

Hey Josh,

Currently no one is allowed to sell on the site, including staff.

If you want to buy items, feel free to make a buy thread in the buy section. People are allowed to offer their specific items for sale in buy threads which request that specific item.

If you have any other questions feel free to ask.

Anybody is allowed to put a link to their ebay/store in their signature, but nobody is allowed to make direct selling posts.

So to clarify, nobody can post a thread about what they’re selling, but they can look under the buy section and if anyone wants to buy the item they have for sale, anybody can post under that thread and offer it?

You can sell, you just can’t advertise that you’re selling. You’re free to do private business. If you spend enough time looking you’ll find interested parties on things you’d like to part with it. Through the buy/trade or posts from members regarding their collecting goals,etc…

You are right though, there’s far more demand than actual supply. This is a collectors community, not a marketplace.

If you have something that a somebody in the Buy/Trade section wants, it’s best to send them a direct message through our messaging system with details. In the public thread, you can say something like “I sent you a DM” to let them know to check their messages.
