Which PSA service for smaller boxtoppers (E series )

Which service (name) can I use to send those small boxtoppers to be graded?

I want my Crystal Pokémon boxtoppers in a PSA case but I don’t know how to add them.

Are they “tall boy” cards?

And can you use your vouchers for them?
