New England represent! That shop is 5 hours from me. Definitely wish there was a bit more going on locally, but I have a great little LCS where I can at least talk some Pokemon basics from time to time!

Decent amount of New England representation here which is cool! I’m in Central Connecticut. I’ve been to a bunch of tabletop/card shops all over Central/Northern CT and the emphasis is largely on MTG in my experience, there’s not a big emphasis on vintage pokemon from what I’ve seen. One teeny shop in Canton was promoting a vintage cube Pokémon tcg format for casual play which is exactly the same thing I do with my cube of Base-Rocket. I’m definitely the only collector I know lol. My friends are all geeks too but more for Yugioh, MTG, DnD or videogames than Pokemon. Still, it’s a peaceful life
