Are you referring to the card on the right, where the cut isn’t as symmetrical?
Wotc cards aren’t like that sometimes. Nothing to be concerned over.
Automated corner cutters are designed to process huge numbers of cards as they are cut(from sheets to strips to individual square cornered cards to round cornered cards). If any little bit of debris gets in between the block of cards and the cutter station guides, the card stock doesn’t move all the way into the metal guide and a slightly less than perfect cut occurs. Blade cutters are one of a couple different options large facilities use. The link above shows some manual an automatic rounders that work like hole punches. There is also equipment that act like a detail router on bricks of cards (grinding down the corners).
