Whats going on with these Full art cards Rising?

All of these IR’s are being heavily pumped right now. Is this just buyouts or is this a effort to try to raise prices for the pokemon packs by making cards more valuable?

Most of the cards are from cheap sets like S&V base, paradox rift, temporal forces.

I personally have four theories

  1. Market manipulation
  2. People are realizing that there are good arts outside of sirs and are going for ars driving the prices up
  3. Lack of product is leading people to buy singles
  4. People are also realizing that it’s a lot better to just buy singles instead of ripping 5,000 packs to try to pull something

Am I missing anything?
