I don’t believe you
Social media is kids on a playground, but anonymous. The loudest or most popular are not necessarily right, but then again, “being right” doesn’t really matter on the internet anyway. It’s all about updoots and clout chasing these days.
The best piece of advice that I can give is to consume social media in moderation. I’m only on e4, and even that can be too much sometimes.
Just about every aspect of Online is monetizable. Say something stupid and/or outrageous to get likes to then get views to then get money. Whether it’s positive or negative, as long as it’s getting views then it’s earning the person money. No one wants to hear about good or positive stuff.
Comments don’t earn money on anything I believe, but people just want to get likes and agree with whatever is posted so people like their comments and they go “heck yeah!!”
Money money money. Hype hype hype.
The /r/PokemonTCG (and many others like it) are a cesspool as a result.
