I originally read that as “ephemerate” (Which is not a word but could mean something like, to make exist for a short time before ceasing). Ephemerate is a MTG card.
But NOW I get it. haha!

I bought a card once(that I cleaned up) where the person was up front about how gross it was. He said it has a “mysterious biohazard” on it. It made me laugh so much. So that is what I call cards with something nasty about it. “unidentified/mysterious biohazards”.
