There are a lot of different Shogakukan telephone cards so I’m not sure which 1999 one you’re referring to, but the lottery in the September 1997 issue only awarded those two telephone cards (amongst several other non-Pokémon items).

PSA will not grade the jumbo card I bought, and I even linked an efour article on it. Guess they won’t grade the phone cards either.

That’s one of two cards illustrated by Mato, the original artist for the comics. Not sure about how they were distributed.

@collect,do you have any idea as too where I could find an official source so If i end up sending more of the banpresto jumbo cards to BGS? I’m afraid if i send them to BGS with no info, they might return them, minus the one they already graded. thanks!
