Hello guys and we are here with top 3 of best base form starters. Unfortunately piplup got the short end and settled with 4. I am actually bit sad because i thought piplup could actually make to finale or atleast top 3, but this sinnoh representative stopped one step before top 3. Neverthless for me piplup is the best one in it’s evo line. (whole evo line is actually decent but piplup is best). But now it’s time to settle someone for bronze. We got 3 excellent water base forms left with us and we need to settle someone without reaching finale. Who is it. Let’s see
