I want to buy or trade for a Topps Black Logo Rainbow Flames Squirtle. Any condition, preferably raw.

Pending condition id consider starting at $50. If you have a PSA 6/7 I’ll buy $100. If you have a PSA 8+ we have to negotiate.

I am also willing to pay a finders fee, if you help me find one that leads to the successful ownership of this specific card.

Ive been searching for over three years and this is the last English card I need beside the Snap one (I’ll never be able to afford) and then I could confidently say I have every English Squirtle ever.
