US-based and would prefer to purchase from the US because of the virus, but I can’t be too picky with this card.

Considering the US has the highest reported number of coronavirus cases in the world, if the virus is your concern you’d probably be better off buying from anywhere other than the US.
@pichufan, I think he means that shipping has gotten all screwed up internationally because of the virus. Domestic shipping has not realy been affected by it hence why he wants someone in the US
They meant because of international shipping delays due to covid.
