Vintage card stores in Washington DC?

Hey Guys,

I’m going to visit Washington DC ina couple of weeks and heard about a vintage card store there that apparently doesn’t have a website.
So I wanted to ask you. Which stores in DC do you know that sell vintage, especially WOTC, Pokémon cards so I can pay them a visit when I’m there.

Not really DC but in Northern Virginia area:

  • Huzzah Jr. (go to Jr. because they sell Pokemon/ TCG cards there, the other store is mainly WH 40k and DND)
  • Blowout cards (haven’t personally been there but hear some good things)

Good luck finding the right store!

Haha really? that be awesome  Where can I find your store in dc?

DM me for underground info. There are no physical storefronts here with meaningful inventory because storefronts cost $10K+/month to lease and it doesn’t work with high end Pokemon.

2 options I know of from my time living in Fairfax, VA… right down the road from Charlie

Just moved away from Fairfax but there was a store called “Victory Comics” there that had a decent chunk of low end vintage singles and small stock of crystals and other e-series stuff they got in a huge collection buy. No telling if they still have it out but you can check!

The other store I will mention actually grades cards and sells a ton on ebay. He had some psa 10 shinings and such when i swung by once… It’s called “The Fantastic Store”. It’s in Chantilly. This is your best bet. Some vintage sealed, etc.

Don’t think you’ll find anything in DC. Hope that helps.
