Vintage booster pack

Hi everyone :slight_smile: I was looking at different offers to buy vintage booster pack such as Base 2 set, unlimited, fossil, jungle. I saw a lot of Heavy/light battle, some packs are graded, but I guess they check the weight before doing so. Any advice about that ? Let’s say you completey got mad and buy a big base set 2 box, is there any chance to be OK (money related) or do you mainly use the fun part of it :slight_smile: ? It’s not for now, but according to my memories about old school Pokemon, I don’t see myself not buying some of these packs one day haha.

Yes, most graded vintage packs are confirmed light (slim chance at a holo).

It’s nearly impossible to make money by opening a vintage booster box. You would have to be insanely lucky with the cards that you pulled and you would have to grade them as PSA 10s to make a profit. Opening a box will only be financially sound if you sell the packs to someone, like WhatNot/Drip/IG/Twitch streamers.
