You’re doing the right thing by selling while the market is hot. Inevitably there will be some semblance of a retrace (please God let there be a retrace) and you’ll have the cash on hand to pounce.

You are doing all the right things - selling off anything that isnt a top collection piece to you. Just be sure when you do get the funds, to get the condition you will be happy to look at everyday forever. Don’t get one that went through a washing machine
