The card I bought hasn’t moved in tracking at all. The seller has a plethora of perfect ratings so I suspect it’s USPS. Annoying.

I am seeing significant delays in orders I have made from both AUS and USA to the UK. One card ‘left’ Australia on the 25th March - no update since. I’ve had another sitting at a US distribution center since 2nd April. Hoping they’re just backlogged!
Japan Post has suspend EMS and Airmail to 3 additional countries today:
- United States
- Slovakia
- Slovenia
As far as I know, no timetable was given on when these service might return.
My USPS shipping has been a disaster. I am waiting on a relatively expensive comic coming from NOT FAR AWAY and I’m on day 11. It was priority mail. Actually pretty worried about it. Have bought from that dealer before and it took 2 days for delivery. NY must be running skeleton crew at distribution centers
I’m noticing some delays on packages too. 1st class tracking has taken 3 days to get to the first regional facility 100 miles away.
Good time to recommend for sellers that you eat the cost and buy USPS insurance for any item sold for more than you can afford to lose. For me that’s anything >$100, costs about $3-5 extra dollars. That’s not to say that there’s a higher rate of loss currently, but delivery delays mean volume is up or labor is down, means workers are rushed, means mistakes more common.
Anyone else having delays from San Francisco facility ?

I have sold 5 different cards / packs in the last few days… dropped them off at the store myself and none of them have been tracking… the first one was 2 days ago. Even asked the store clerk when I dropped off later items and he had no idea why. Making me a little nervous, I keep checking it.

Does anyone have any insight into how FedEx international is coping at the moment?
5 days from Oregon to my home adress (Finland), about month ago… Still very expensive option as always.

Shipped 2 shadowless Chars to Ireland on March 1, apparently went to Dublin on March 6 from Newark, and then absolutely no updates. Had to refund my buyer as it is the right thing to do. Today is April 30 and still nothing. I have started buying insurance on all domestic shipments and stopped selling internationally entirely. No longer trust USPS to do its job - rather sad as they have been extremely reliable in the past.
I made a purchase on 10 March from the US (coming to Australia). On 21 March it reached LA, where according to the tracking, it still is. However, it just arrived to me today (April 30) after 5 weeks of no tracking activity.
I think it’s unlikely that postal services have lost 10%+ of packages, so I would really just encourage patience from both buyers and sellers. International especially is heavily delayed due to customs hold ups, meaning packages that previously took 2 weeks could now easily take 4-8 weeks.

sent out a package on the 12th of april. guy lives like an hour and 20 mins from me and probably 30 mins from the Chicago main hub distribution center. It sat at my hub for 8 days and then get sent to the Pittsburgh hub (completely the wrong way and 3 states over lol) and sat at that hub untill the 22nd and is not “in transit” to some place i don’t even know till now still. tried calling and sending emails and just got the same run around with it being covid-19. yet during this same time i have sent multiple packages to cali/texas/Washington and they all arived in 2-3 days with no problems… starting to think that i was lost, but i still can’t get any clear answer from them on why it was sent to the wrong region in the first place…
Dude. The package will show up. Don’t refund, just explain it’ll take time. I personally can attest to 4 or 5 that never get updated and takes months but they finally show up still without tracking.

@dragonroll , @merov1 , I heard from a contact of mine that Fedex is shipping USPS packages internationally right now. So if you don’t see any status updates, it could be because they’re just waiting for Fedex to pick their packages up, and this could take a while because billions of packages are being sent with Fedex right now. I’m also waiting for weeks already for one package, just be patient.

The only packages that got delayed for me were from Japan and Norway.
I have a high end slab coming from Sweden that hasn’t updated and still has shown its in the origin country since April 7th. I even paid extra and had it sent EMS Express.
I’m assuming all express service levels have went away and everything is a free-for-all.
More than 50% of my domestic shipments in the US have arrived late over the past 3 weeks. I have an international package coming from Australia, shipped on April 27th. As of today, the 11th of May, it has been processed at a USPS facility in Melbourne which is a 24 minute drive from the origin facility. Still not complaining though.
Item shipped from the US to Australia , Sent 4th of April, Still hasn’t updated out of the US. Estimated delivery was 22nd of April.
Heres hoping its just delayed and not lost lol
