I found this up-side down Mewtwo in my childhood collection and haven’t been able to find another black star promo with a similar error. Most of my search results just pull up the up-side down Warner Bros. Does anyone know if this is on par with those in terms of rarity or is this a more mediocre miscut? Thanks!
