I’m curious that a 26 year old trophy card with a total PSA pop of 69 has so many new certs popping up. Are more coming out of the wood works after all this time? Would someone dare to crack and resub a card like this? I guess the same could be said with the pikachu illustrator card but I haven’t followed that card like I have trophy kang. Hoping to have one someday

One factor could be Japan’s newfound willingness to grade cards. Before the last few years, it wasn’t as common as it is now.
