Could someone help me understand what’s happening in this video:

It seems to show an auction for a Trophy Kangaskhan around December 1, 2019, with the price ending at almost $15,000 (¥1,600,000)—and the end of the video (at about 2:20) it shows that the card has some damage on it!

If that understanding is correct, is this a new record for an ungraded copy of this card?
