Hello E4 community. Sorry for the waifu post but I was going through my collection and forgot I had this among the slabs. It seems there may have been an oversight from Pokemon because this Topps card is particularly suggestive. Not sure if its just an awkwardly placed shadow on Lorelei’s shirt or perhaps her “headlights” are showing. In the past Pokemon have released cards that are considered risque (naked Misty, JPN Rocket’s Grimer etc). So it’s not totally out of the question. Has this been brought up before? I understand Topps cards aren’t too popular so maybe that explains how it may be overlooked or even discussed.

Nothing really wrong with the card since the lady seems to be an adult so nothing needed to be changed. Besides you have to really focus on that area to even see the shadows as it took me forever to figure what you referring to.
…I’m lost. I’m trying to find an issue, but see nothing wrong here.

I would never have noticed until you pointed it out. My eye is always drawn to her cleavage. 
I think it’s just shadow, I don’t think they would have gone THAT far in the anime haha but of course they did give James big booba once, so who knows
