Has anybody had issues with creating a PWCC payout request? After I verify my identity, I get forwarded to an error page (URL /identity-verification).
Trying to create one again only leads me to the error page, without new need for identity verification. If somebody knows the direct URL for a payout request, maybe that helps
Paid for a pwcc vault withdrawal (11 cards) on Saturday night and it just fulfilled and shipped today. Massive improvement from last time and seems they may be back to normal (or I got lucky)

Yeah, I’ve been quite happy myself as well with PWCC fulfilment within 1-3 working days. Probably will be ok to list on ebay and fufill from vault within a timely period.

Absolutely 0 of those JP Charizard VSTAR deserve to be graded.
How long from when an item is delivered to PWCC for vaulting have they been taking to confirm its receipt? I’ve sent a few that were delivered a few days ago and haven’t received the usual “PWCC confirms receipt of your submission” email yet. Hopefully Im not being too impatient; just want to confirm they landed safely!
My last lot that arrived did take longer than usual to be marked as received. Usually 1-2 days max, this time it was maybe a week.

Was excited to see a card I was interested in pop up on pwcc…but then…
How this did ever get a 10? Am I just missing something or is there is a ton of edge and corner damage on this card.
Is something with the lighting just making the Japanese border seem weird on the edge?
There’s a PSA 9 of this same card up in the same auction that looks a lot better on the back.
