Be aware shipping fulfillment will take a long time.
I paid my shipping request last monday and its still in ready to process phase( today is 11 days later) . They must be super backed up.
Im not upset at all or need these in a rush just making those aware it will be a couple weeks or more it seems before you get your cards from your vault
They are definitely backed up! I have consignments that were supposed to go live today but are backed up until next week.
Two months of pay for an offer rescind? That’s really good even in tech terms.

I had a vault fulfillment request for an ebay buyer on may 8th with no shipment info. Kinda annoying since the buyer is getting antsy now. If they back out then I lose the PWCC fees
I worked out an agreement to run my consignments through them. They have delayed the first round a couple weeks. I hope this is a speed bump and gets resolved. If there isn’t a turnaround I’m pulling the deal.
Im a super noob with the vault, but Trollandtoad recently started to charge tax even for store credit purchases so I am dabbling with shipping to PWCC
You’re drop shipping directly from PWCC to a buyer for an eBay sale? Pretty ballsy move leaving your selling reputation in PWCC’s hands. You also have to pay the 1.5% extraction fee on top of eBay fees. Are you an international seller just leveraging their vault to get US buyers who would otherwise hesitate to buy from an international seller?
yeah but only for stuff I got from trollandtoad to save on fees. Its not a significant amount for me to really complain about I guess but still I thought they were faster with fulfillment. The 6% sales tax on my TT store credit would add up a lot and when they have reasonably priced slabs that I could easily sell 1:1 to turn my credit into cash I usually just do that.
They used to be super quick at fulfilling shipments but they are slipping lately. Since I live in WA I get my cards very fast. While I was more south I thought about going there to pick up my cards in person to just not deal with it anymore. I decided I don’t want to have them sitting around the house so I will keep them there.
The search function “upgrade” is god awful. It was fine before.
I’ve been wondering what’s going on too. They’ve always been great. Usually if I pay Sunday night or Monday morning they ship Tuesday and I have the cards by Friday or Saturday. I’m at two weeks now for an order that still hasn’t shipped.

Not only did they lose the employees they laid off, but the ones that do remain no longer have any motivation. Morale has to be rock bottom there right now.
Really??? I also have never had them take more than 2 days in years. That’s pretty scary. Need to withdraw a pretty large amount of cards soon hope it gets fixed
Yep, it appears to be a major slowdown. I’m waiting 1 week on my fulfillment that only ever took a day or two before. 
Well guess I should submit the request now since I needed the cards for June lol
Yeahhh. Unfortunately. I was actually thinking about emailing them about it before I saw this thread because I thought maybe I slipped through the cracks somehow 
A handful of the Pikachu promos (ponchos/munch) went for way higher than readily available on ebay so they may go unpaid
I’ve been seeing this on eBay too. ZandGemporium had a bunch of cards that ended higher than current BINs. Whenever that happens, my assumption is that it was shilled by the consignee.
