off to the tanning salon boys we’ve got some money to make
Not sure if it’s been noted or not, but those two slabs have sequential cert numbers. Whoever the submitter was made out like a bandit tonight.
Gym, Tan, Pokeman
We will have to see if they were actually paid for…
Look at the cert before the Zard
Picked up the lightning energy - perfect binder copy so planning on cracking that bad boy and will keep the cert for fun! Not sure where the Pikachu went, decided on the 8 for this auction for the binder
There was a thread on the misprint facebook page about someone who bid and believed they were errors. Everyone in the comments said that it was damaged of course, but it misled some people for sure:(
Seeing these prices show the power that PSA has and the confidence in PSA of buyers.
Some people should be protected from themselves and you are doing great work in trying for that pedigree
Awesome! I was curious if anyone here would go for that. Nice addition
Wait I can just leave a base Zard in the the window for a few weeks and then grade and sell for $8k??
I know my next purchase!
Everyone’s secretly going to Orlando for the sun and UV-potential, not for Midori Harada or the Orlando Regionals.
These are the true nuggets/advice that I come to E4 for.
I knew this forum was useful
Nah theres a lot of people with too much money in this hobby, what a waste
No more pre-bidding required to qualify for extended. “February only” seems like an odd choice, though - maybe just trialing to find any unforeseen issues before committing to make it permanent.
PWCC really wanting to drive that last minute auction fomo. $$$
That’s exactly what I was thinking. Not needing an early bid for extended bidding might mean prices will sit lower for longer and then in the last 30 minutes they’ll start jumping up because of a bunch of people competing and potentially succumbing to the insidious FOMO. I’m curious to see if there will be much difference in ending prices in comparison to the previous auction style.
I can not confirm or deny your totally plausible and extremely educated guess.
How do offers work on fixed listings? I sent an offer on a card, can the seller counter offer or is the only option to accept or decline?
Also, if they decline, can I up my offer again or can I only offer once?
They can counter, and then you can again. Basically the same as ebay.
Making it harder for people not in that timezone to actually win.
I’m not going to get out of bed at 4 to bid.
Ebay at least has Gixen.
For me personally this makes things worse.
