Sweet you rock for doing all this work! What about using tcg fish last 3 avg? Probably would make life simpler for you.

I just updated the excel sheet with the “purchased” price info. For most items I used the average of the last three sold items on eBay Terapeak. For a few items I used the lowest listed price because it was cheaper than the average. I believe there were a couple that I guestimated due to low amount of sales. I used @Dyl’s purchased price of the cards that were purchased by them. If any of you feel like I may have misvalued something, then just let me know and I’ll take another look. Thanks to any one that is still checking out the excel sheet.

Yep, everything is feeling a bit soft at the end of 2023. Maybe 2024 will look different but I’m not holding my breath.

Take a look. Most cards are down. Overall, we are down 5.87%.
20 of 64 cards have increased in price.
40 of 64 cards have decreased in price.
4 of 64 cards have not changed in price (No new data in sales).
The card with the worst performance is Dedenne 012/032 PSA 10. $107.08 down to $61.19. A loss of 42.86%.
The card with the best performance is raw Pikachu with Grey Felt Hat… From $90 to $150. A gain of 66.67%.
Lots of cards that are all over the place while others haven’t changed much. Mostly used average of last three eBay sold (Using Terapeak), but also checked TCGFish, current eBay listings and occasionally checked PWCC. Let me know if you think anything is off by too much or if I missed something.

I would like to suggest 300 raw copies of the highly sought after Reverse Holo Lopunny 107/156 from Ultra Prism.
I believe this card will have a great impact on the TCG Market and Collector space as a whole in 2024. Trust me, the inner circle of the Pokemon influencers have given me a hint on this. X30 Your money Easily
