Even though I love the Neo card, Kimura is my GOAT so I have to choose Crystal
Neo for sure!
I prefer the Neo Genesis one myself, but the Crystal Lugia is really cool too. I think it’s just the Neo one is what comes to most collectors minds when they first think of a vintage Lugia card, and so it’s very desirable and iconic. It’s kind of like Base Set Charizard in this sense to me.
Overall, I’d say you can’t go wrong with either one… it’d be cool to own both at some point.
