Nope, no turkey pokemon. Shame really.
Unfezant is probably the closest being a pheasant which is the same order (Galliformes) as the turkey. This includes all the game birds like turkey, grouse, pheasant, chicken, etc.
@merciersj,Mandibuzz is more of a vulture/buzzard though ready to eat some dead stuff. Kind of reminds me of the wicked cool Lammergeier.
Pokemon overall does a fairly nice job with their bird pokemon being similar to real life families and species with clever names relating to their taxonomy. I’m a shameless bird lover, explains the username.

Looks more like a vulture to me
The term’s “Turkey buzzard” and “turkey vulture” are both ways I’ve heard people refer to either buzzards or vultures. So whichever is actually correct, if either actually are, then I think that pokemon would technically fit the turkey pokemon term!
