Tbh. I was discussing with him on this forum earlier this week, currently trying to get pure money for it whereas I was willing to give $1000 + multiple ex series booster boxes as partial trade so things didn’t work out for now.

I’m also looking for sealed japanese Neo Genesis starter deck box + added all the remaining graded BW/XY cards up for trade! 
I found an ungraded Typhlosion 1st edition 17/111 a few days ago, it looks really minty, unfortunately it’s not perfectly centered on the front… But there’s still a chance it may get PSA 10 
Will still take months before it’s graded though.

This is why the card is notoriously difficult to grade. I know numerous collectors who have examples with 0 whitening, but that subtle off-center keeps it at a 9.

If the thing at the bottom border in the front is not on the card, then it feels like it could hit a PSA 10 on one hand, on the other hand this card has some thing attached to it which makes me believe it is only a PSA 9 at most, what do you think?
