If your in the st, cloud area of MN , I could almost bet your sheet and other pokemon related pieces came out of this facility, I tried sending a DM with this information as well. Hope that helps

stephen wilkes said they had about 11 printers around 2001 when he left, ive found 9 variants around 2000.

@PokeflexOP any information you have on that facility or any other suspected printers, i would love to know.

From the information I’ve gotten , Quebecor didn’t print TCG for wotc but printed a number of other things for them and also for the Pokemon franchise.

But given they had a facility in Minnesota, it’s not out of the realm of possibility that the sheet mentioned here was tested for production in that facility .

None of the other big printers had facilities in Minnesota, and Quebecor is the only one with ties to Pokemon and wotc.

Another piece of notable information I’ll leave here

Is that “flint” seems to be an ink setting and not an employee’s name like some others have speculated.

Yes — Flint Ink (now Flint Group) is a major global offset-ink manufacturer.

They were originally founded and headquartered in Detroit, Michigan, and after a series of mergers in the mid-2000s, the company reorganized under the name Flint Group, which is now headquartered in Luxembourg They’ve supplied sheetfed offset inks to commercial printers for decades, including the exact era and technology used by WotC’s vendors.

They did that so the next shift or QC person knows what inkset was loaded. Others besides flint were Sun, Siegwerk, Huber, Toyo, Van Son, INX, Gans, Superior, Wikoff
