I notice that the white layer for the Chanseys is shifted further right than on the rest of the sheet. Could that be explained as a design difference for that card on the white layer? Similar to all the mewtwos having holo borders.
Also neat to see that they intended the HP to be holographic text as well; you can see the white layer shifted there too.

Welcome, the best way to convince the most amount off people from the sheet alone would be to get images zoomed all the way in to see the dot pattern

Can you ask her if the factory in Minnesota ever got a contract to print out some sheets for cut and distribution or if things just ended with a day of testing? Wondering if WOTC was just pricing out some options and seeing what different factories could come up with before we ended up with the more recognizable official “WOTC” sheets with backs intact.
