These have thin colored borders, and are 4 inches by 4 inches in size.
1998 (?) Nagatanien Pokemon Hotcake Mix - Small Thin Border
ポケモンホットケーキミックス
These have thin colored borders, and are 3 inches by 3 inches in size. The expiration date on the cup lists it as 1998-11-10.

These have thicker colored boarders, and are 4 inches by 4 inches in size.
Was also involved in a lottery campaign, which ran from 1998-06-01 - 1998-08-31. This shows they were produced during at least 1998.
2001 (?) Nagatanien Pokemon Curry - New Big (Spiky Border)

These have large spiked borders, and are 4 inches by 4 inches in size (the size was given by the eBay listing these photos were taken from).
The picture below gives an expiration date of 2001-11-16.
