Forum rules require…what will you pay?
Honestly I can not say it depends on the conditions of the card by the quality of the signature if even authenticated or not authenticated. Too many variables.
Maybe the mods will make exceptions in that case?

I’d suggest adding a range of prices you would consider paying from low end to high end. If anyone has one this can at least give them an idea. Prices are obviously not binding!
Maybe best to list desired minimum conditions and a price based on them, along with a note that states negotiable based on said conditions. XD
Honest question: Does this card even exist? His signature is pretty scarce and I’ve never seen a signed GS Rayquaza.
Not seeing any from a Google search.

Haha. It’s double signed by Fukuda. The gold is his old signature from the early 2000s and the black is his new signature he has used the last few years.
This is by japan international trader’s friend right? But he won’t sell
