Looking to find a NM raw one psa 5-7 quality looking to spend around 500-750$ usd.
PSA 5 is Moderately Played. PSA 7 is Light Played. PSA 8-9 is Near Mint / Mint. (this is subjective but also accurate to me) I think you can safely get away with asking for a MP-LP copy if your looking for that PSA range? Maybe it will help you find one 
Yeah I am aware of the psa ratings, I’d consider any raw ones. There’s not many on ebay and they go far against what the recent pokemonprices indicates
