Rarest item(s) in your collection

For me it will be this creature with wings:

I had a few 9s pass through my hands before I got this one. Cannot believe it’s been a year already, 02/26/2020 is when I won it on auction. Not sure what will top this one for me lol

Sealed Trainer Deck A. I passed up on the sealed Trainer Deck B at the time because I thought $450 was too much, never getting that one now haha

Charizard No Rarity PSA 8

I don’t have anything crazy rare with known distribution numbers, but judging by the pop report, these are my rarest bois.

Alakazam: 13 PSA 10s, 14 total graded; Gyarados: 9 PSA 10s, 15 total graded; Crobat: 6 PSA 10s, 7 total graded.

Really not hard to grade straight from the pack, but there aren’t tons of sealed UED packs out there anymore either.

Rarest item would be my Dragon Frontiers deck box! I also got a pop 1 psa 10 of my favourite card

Found it in a comics shop some years ago. It has some damage, because the material is dried out.

Not the most expensive, but if we’re going by rarity in a literal sense, it’s probably this Milotic. 1 of 2 in a 9, with a solitary 10 floating around, which is now probably out of my price range. Considering how scarce packs are from this era, and how the surface gloss flakes if you breathe on it too hard, I don’t think there’s going to be many more of these cards in 9+ popping up.

Just realized this is pop 1 in PSA 10 :sunglasses:

Care to share that favourite card of yours in pop 1??

Unopened Wind from the Sea [E3] Midori Harada binder. These are very hard to find in any condition let alone sealed.

What an awesome thread to read through!

Based on distribution numbers, my rarest item would have to be these three Legendary Dog figures from Pokémon Battle Museum. Phone is broken atm so I used a picture from a blog to show what they look like.

Sealed Japanese Charizard EX Half Deck from 2003. I have no idea how much they are valued at because one hasn’t sold for months, but the last one sold for the last $1K.

Midori is hands down favourite Pokemon artist, while i’ve got the scans of the E1-5 arts saved, I’ve never seen a picture of the binder. Amazing piece to own.

I think base set green wing box with single country code and no logos on the wrap… got it a few years ago and had no idea about green wing or single country code at the time…

The 2004 Tropical Wind Staff has less than 10 copies total graded. The 2016 Champion only has 12 copies distributed, so it’s my rarest card.

Quite a bit more common compared to what other members have, but I suppose it would be my rarest overall printed pop.

About 5000 of the Holofoil prints were mistakenly printed as Non Holofoil by including the card as the center card of Uncommon sheets, not sure the number split between 1st and unlimited edition though.

I’m not sure if if counts if I’m the only person in the world who wants them  but these were the first cards I graded for myself so they’re special to me.

POP 1!
POP 1!
POP 2!

In all seriousness, my rarest cards are a set of the WB creator cards. Which I know aren’t nearly as rare as some of what you all are chasing, so I thought I’d just share my Jungle Pikachu cards.

Had a great time checking out everyone else’s rarest stuff!
