Ask yourself why a seller would do a raffle? If it for a known charity by a non profit organization then wonderful. If itâs anybody else then itâs not to the buyers benefit and the sellers laugh every time someone buys a spot.

Yeah, they are extreme fraud and illegal. I found many raffleâs to be creating a separate account and âwinningâ it themselves actually. Thus keeping money âgivenâ to them.
This I found from hours of finding accounts and actually some sharing e-mails. Pretty funny, I e-mailed them and posted comments and was soon blocked from their accounts for pointing it out. haha!
