R.I.P. Kobe Bryant

I still can’t accept it !! I always shout ‘Kobe’ when throwing stuff in a bin. Gonna seem so strange now :slightly_frowning_face: Definitely will be missed by everyone including those that don’t follow nba. Rip Kobe :persevere:

I believe Kobe was fluent in 4 or 5 languages. Including English, Italian, Spanish, and Chinese. Possibly another one but I’m not sure.

Still can’t believe it myself. I was looking at eBay listings as well. Seem like instead of the news some people saw “breaking: fast money here”. But that’s what happens everytime we see this happen.

True legend on and off the court. I always respected his take on business after his career.

Haven’t been this sad over a death of someone I didn’t know personally. With everyone involved and all the details it just struck me hard. I hope and pray all families involved recover well.

This marks the unfortunate death of a legend. He was truly amazing on and off the field. A genuinely talented player (with a whopping 33643 points scored throughout his carreer), awesome human being, great father and an inspiration to many. He’s also the first and - correct me if I’m wrong - only NBA player to have received an Oscar! It’s just so terrible to see him go at such a young age. Requiescat in pace.

His death was definitely a shock when I found out yesterday. I haven’t been this shocked about a death since Robin Williams.

Anyone see Shaq break down crying on TNT last night? Beyond heartbreaking.

Definitely an icon and a role model.

RIP Kobe
