Fully bionic Magikarp. Enhanced eyesight, enhanced flipper strength, enhanced struggle ability, also lets get some bionic arms and legs onto this thing and make it a real powerhouse. We have the technology… Magikarp will be that 'mon. Better than it was before…

well, apparently delibird if you ask pokemon themselves

As for me? I say regigigas, just shove a revavroom engine in him so that he has a stronger engine and doesn’t have slow start anymore. Instead he now has the ability speed boost. He also gets gear shift, why not. Robogigas would just destroy.

and for fun, also for a similar reason, slaking. He’d be called Iron King, because he has legendary stats. He has the ability that boosts punching moves. No more loafing around. He has a nothing more than a brain chip that makes him stop being lazy really. Doesn’t even need much more than that. Just give him power up punch and have fun.

Psyduck could live a normal life if it had a bionic brain.

I disagree, @ReporterPsyduck still seems pretty ditsy to me. And he is a robocized psyduck!

Maybe Stunfisk or Magikarp. Basically Pokémon that have trouble moving around (in Magikarp’s case, outside of the water).

To answer the reverse of the question though: which Pokémon didn’t benefit at all from bionics:

He got rid of it as soon as he went away from Giovanni in the anime.

I understand the immediate “this is so cool, a pokemon wearing armor” but the attachments were supposed to suppress power. It even says it in the description text. This should be one of the worst mewtwos out there as far as power.

Ah, you’re indeed right. I did knew Giovanni ought to control it, but didn’t knew it also suppressed Mewtwo’s powers. (And I hadn’t read the flavor text yet.)

Joltik deserves the bionic legs to make it taller, everyone deserves a chance to produce their own electricity.
