As for the anime (or in general), Nurses Joy and Officers Jenny. Could be loads of Nonuplets (even though only three are known in human history). They have some very strong female genes though, since you don’t see any resemblances from the fathers (assuming there are any fathers at all - they’re likely all just clones of one another).
He disappeared because his alien sabbatical was over and he had to return to his home in space, and that’s what set off Lusamine’s obsession with Ultra Beasts. Lusamine herself is a human but she looks so alienish because she’s a big fangirl, and maybe that’s why Mohn fell in love with her in the first place. So that also makes Lillie and her brother half-aliens. The kids don’t know the truth about their father (and hence neither does the MC in the game), but their mom does.
I only half remember the plot of Sun & Moon so hopefully my theory doesn’t break any canon lol.

Also, That one rocket grunt in GS who didn’t know Team Rocket had broken up and still fought the fight… Definitely a deoxys or Zygard cell.
