Qotd: What is the best Pokémon TCG set of all time in your opinion?

For me No. 1 is the Web Series. I just love the design with the cool borders and there are such cool cards in it. I also like it for its unique concept of only being available online and that you could see what cards you will get from the website after purchasing. Everything about the web Series just fascinates me.

No. 2 for me is V Star Universe. Opening Vstar Universe was the most fun I had in a long time opening packs. And there are so many beautiful cards to pull that every AR felt like a win.

I’m proud of you people, expected to see much more answers with Base set. :slight_smile:

My pick is Neo Genesis, could’ve not asked any better first set for gen 2, the selection of Pokemons is just fantastic. What I really also enjoy are the non holos, they showcase so well the first steps of GSC adventures. Just spend little time watching backgrounds and you’ll notice many familiar places, with many early sets I fail to find similar connection.
