No, not before we see what he’s planned for the 30th.

Yes, that would be funny. I need to buy a good printer though

I have a nice photo printer, and I’d print some particularly interesting pieces and maybe frame them nicely. Though the whole scam tainted a lot of these things so…maybe not. In a vacuum its all rather cool history though.

to answer the question, if it were legal and above board to do so, then I’d love that. I think any sort of stuff from sets older than 10 years old would be cool to see some bts stuff of cards. I’m sure some artists share some of their rough drafts or unfinished images of their art from time to time. I’d find it intereting to see the process. To see what kind of feedback they get to change art on a rough draft before going ahead with the final image. I like the process and it would be cool to know how it goes from start to finish.

On one hand no

But on the other, imagine how nice it’d be to have each and every card open source while collecting them might go to pot if people have half decent printers it’d be amazing to see some cards and compare files, I’d love more information on some “niche” cards ie. If some cards were supposed to be released, the original saturation of cards and printing variance between different print runs of base. Also maybe I’d learn why wizards treated Australia like a test lab

On my third hand no

Like the prototypes or the actual cards?

Not only should he release the files, someone should print them and repack them in generational booster packs (Think base set 2, but for every WOTC set) and sell them for $4. Throw a little stamp on the front for differentiation.

Why not both?

Fine by me; all my cards graded in 2010 go :chart_increasing:

I’m not sure that any good could come of it, so no.

I’m saying Akabane should make himself public instead and face the consequences of his actions

With high resolution scans, and some software, you can probably reverse engineer plates very close to the originals. You could do it manually but it would take a long time.

The holo foil, and ink will be very hard to replicate.
