Today’s Question: QotD: Favourite and least favourite Pokémon aside, which Pokémon do you low key love and hate but you’re not necessarily sure why?

Hypno. Granted now I know why I love it but for the longest time I couldn’t put a real finger on why. I have a distinct memory of opening my first Japanese pack as a kid and opening a Dark Hypno and loving the art. But I also hated it because of how ugly and weird it was.
The art is just so unhinged and/or creepy and often breaks the 4th wall. As a horror fan, I realize I’m wicked intrigued by that and it has snuck into my top favorites for that reason.
I have fallen in love with the original regi trio even though i don’t exactly know when or what triggered it. And similarly i don’t exactly dislike regigigas but even though it’s relatively similar i have basically zero feelings for it, but like with the trio i can’t really put into words why
