Quick question regarding purchasing from PWCC on UK. Has anyone pay for import fees/taxes when purchasing one or several cards from them?

I bought a shining karp for £200 from them. It was declared at $10 so no customs.
Same to Canada. Low value declared so no duties tacked on.
Purchased from them multiple times and have never had to pay an import fee.

Yeah, It is nice 
But I am not sure with Portugal. However it does come with UPS, so they won’t bother checking the declared value of every item that passes through their hands.
