No, Still waiting on a return label to be sent to me.

The customer service rep that I spoke with is the only rep they have until tomorrow. So I’m sure she has a full plate of things to do since she’s been the only rep since Thursday.

@swolepoke ,I guess if you had to pay ā€œcost to slab based on value after grading?ā€ They KNOW how much this screws you over! :confounded: hopefully they pay accordingly .

If it’s just a smudge I’m sure a little elbow grease and windex will take care of it. A nice reslab and good as new.

Very recently psa has changed YuGiOh slabs to PokĆ©mon style, where the plastic film on the back of the card is now removed and the free space around the card is reduced. But the cards often now rattle in the case a bit, just like PokĆ©mon slabs. Not a huge fan of this change but it is what it is…

Update!

Card went out today! It’ll be going in on a 10 day reholder (courtesy of PSA) where they will look over the card and let me know their opinion on the matter!

Was contacted today with the following just a few minutes ago;

Good afternoon. I’m sorry I didn’t get to you yesterday, I was out sick :frowning: But I did get your card taken care of today :blush: There was some debris on the inside of the holder, your card is okay! I got it in a new, clean holder and I took it by our head grader twice to make sure!

I just left it with the shippers, so it should ship out today or tomorrow.

Not exactly sure how to feel about this since I wasn’t given that much detail on the entire scenario. When I had it in hand, it looked a lot worse than some ā€œdebrisā€.

Not exactly sure what to do with this information this point forward. Guess I’ll just have to take it for what is it is, and be happy the card is coming back how I sent it.

EDIT: And who is this mystertious ā€œHead Graderā€ that’s always spoken of. Everytime there’s an issue it’s ran by him/her, and I’ve never seen a positive outcome with them.

That’s great and I hope it looks how it used to now. Wish they would have explained what they discovered when reviewing the footage like they said they were going to.
